REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY:
When you shop with Machiboo, we like to make you smile and giggle. It is our topmost priority to deliver quality products.
We will happily provide an exchange or refund providing the following conditions are met:
- product is damaged.
- Wrong item delivered.
Machiboo has a highly stringent Quality Control check before packing any product; however, at times, a few hitches might go unnoticed.
Kindly note there are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS for products having sizing issues. Please make sure you check the size charts before placing your order.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have been met:
- write to us within 48 hours of receiving your product at mailmachiboo@gmail.com.
- Make sure to retain the original invoice/tags.
- Allow 1-2 business days for our team to get back to you. If your return is accepted, you can courier the product to our address(Mentioned in Shipping Policy).
Please note invoice received is mandatory while returning the products. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Once you receive the product kindly inspect and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will evaluate the issue and get back.
Note: No returns on sale items.
REFUND:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the payment. Refunds cannot be made in cash.
